Does anyone know anything about this building? I'm looking to buy a 2 bedroom in the neighborhood and the prices seem reasonable.

We looked at this building and saw the offering plan. Its definitely priced lower in comparison to others, but there were a few things that made me want to hold off:
1.) They were claiming expected closings which seemed impossible given the state of construction
2.) The broker was an a-hole
3.) First time developer
4.) The overall feel of the project as compared to others i saw (125 north 10th, Sevenberry, etc) seemed generally lower quality

All that being said, i wouldn't totally rule it out. If you can get a good deal - its a great location and the apartments will be nice.

check other threads on this bldg. it's definitely priced lower than others but the finishes aren't as nice. also the sizes of the 2bedrooms are tiny and can barely fit a queen or even full size bed -- they should really only be 1bedrooms -- and the layouts don't make it any better.

I looked at this building also and didn't really like it. Agreed with the comments above that the two bedrooms are really ones and there seems to be a lot of wasted space with the layouts. I think the location is good, but not great. I think for that price range you are better off looking on the north side of McCarren park at like Northpoint towers, Mac, New condos, etc. There's a trade-off on location, but I thought the overall quality there was better.

Sadly, we had bought in this building. Its a great place, Dan Brady, the sub-broker, was amazing, but it took too long to finish, so we pulled out. If it was further along, we would have waited. Great location, size of 2 bedroom was good (905sq. ft.) and overall a pretty apartment...

Am curious as well - it seemed like they were in major trouble financially, but no news in a long time. I actually thought the units were way too small, though it's a decent location.

This building as well as the Factory Lofts in Williamsburg are being foreclosed.
