building at 205 West 88th Street

Doesn't compare to the building on 220 West 98th Street

Mangement in this building is very unprofessional. They have scheduled repairs and have not stuck to their word. Windows need repair for months. They have come to measure twice in a month and have not made the repairs. Will not give information or give false information. This building is poorly run.

I've been here 2/3 years and am visited by Mice and water bugs despite having my apt professionally sealed prior to move in. There is a monthly sheet posted for the exterminator which is full so…the rent may be tempting but you get what you pay for :(

This building was never considered top notch. I lived a block away from it for 30 years.
