Went to see this apt the other sunday and liked the layout and space. It needs a total renovation (I mean everything had to go). What do you think it is worth? 340 east 64 street, 10L

That's what i was thinking. Renovations are another 300k or so, right? Do you think they won't even consider if we offer that?
