It is impossible to give you a ballpark price.

Where is the washer/dryer being moved to?
What bathroom renovations?
Is the new closet being built with sheetrock, new door? interior?
What are your walls made out of?

The washer/dryer is being moved out of a maids room and into a walk-in closet in the hallway
The bathroom renovation would include new medicine cabinet, new sink, new bathtub (an iron claw foot), new floor tile, new vanity -- bahtorom is about 5 ft X 7 ft
Closets will be of sheetrock, will need new door and a new interior
Walls are made of concrete
It is a prewar building

That helps but:

Where is the water line in relation to the closet. That could be $1,000 or $5,000.00. It depends on how much chopping and how much plumbing work is necessary

Changing the tub to a claw foot will require at least wall tile repair, your building might also require you to change the branch lines since you are removing the tub.

Even small items like moving the door can be complicated as the contractor will need to find matching base moldings and depending on the condition of the existing might not look so great.

I think the best thing would be is to have a meeting with a contractor and go over everything and get some budgets.
