Hurricane Sandy Damage?

Any idea if the building sustained any water damage or damage from the hurricane?

Check Dept. Of Buildings website.
Type in address.
Give it some time to allow for DOB inspectors to inspect and file report.

Yes the basement of the building got floded they are being delayed rediculous seen that they were suppose to start deliver last month

yes the basement was completely flooded and some of their equipment got damaged so they have to change it.

They are pushing closing to next year now i think its ridiculous when they were suppose to close in october

Hopefully this gives the developer a reason to prepare/plan the building better for the next storm.

Does this type of new development become unsellable as a result of storms and floods?

Did the flooding get into any ground floor apartments, or the lobby?
If any purchaser's in this building have more information on how bad the flooding was, I would love to hear more.
