Discussion about Ivy Tower at 350 West 43rd Street in Hell's Kitchen

I've lived in the building for 2 years now and I'm not going to renew my lease. The elevators are always malfunctioning and rarely if ever do all three work in this high densisty rental building. I often have to walk down the stairs, 35 floors to get to work on time. The landlord has not taken proper actions to resolve these issues and many tenants are unhappy. Please consider this before leasing an apartment here.

I am also a resident and completely agree. The apartments are great and the gym/lobby/concierge/club room are great. It's just those damn elevators....

I have been living here for about 6 months. No problems with the elevators. Its a fantastic place to live!
