Yes, this is the property with the mold and construction issues. My understanding is that the sponsor bought it back from the prior owner. Unbelievable they’re trying to mark it up, but I guess a rising tide floats all boats.

yes, it's the unit that had the mold issues.

They did major renovations on all the townhouses. Hopefully they addressed the defects.
