Recent townhouse transactions on east 81st

Hi guys, I wanted to confirm a rumor I heard about a $50 million townhouse transaction that took place recently somewhere on east 81st. The buyer went on to complete extensive renovations apparently. Any validity to this statement? Thanks

If it was recent, "extensive renovations" couldn't have been completed already.

The only ones close were $42,000,000 for 973 Fifth, back in June, and 152-156 East 81st for $32,000,000 in 2009.
