eviction attorney

Does anyone know of an attorney that handles evictions? A friend of mine owns a small rental building. It was rented to a couple (both names on lease) and they had been payin on time. Now they've broken up and the girl has not paid rent since December. My friend has tried to write letters, speaking to her directly and even trying to work out a payment plan...nothing has worked and she has not received any rent. The only thing she can think of is to start the eviction process...any other ideas? And does anyone have a good reasonably priced lawyer?
