Ask for financials and you will see.

Any thoughts on this maintenance? Usually units with that kind of maintenance are sponsor units, but that does not appear to be the case. Maybe it's two units put together?

I don't get it. Maintenance in the $1,700 range ($2,000 incl. assessment) for 2BR seems entirely within reason. Why do you think it's astronomical?

For a non-doorman building a $1,700 maintenance for an apartment that is just slightly larger than 800 sf, does seem pretty high

It's a big, cheap dump for a low price. What do you expect?

Went to the busy open house tonight. Decent, not grand 2br 1ba layout. This is the true definition of an estate condition apartment. Throw in a $150-200k gut reno, you'll get a good place. Really nice open wide UWS & Museum of Natural History views. Cons: no doorman, small bumpy elevator, somewhat higher maintenance for the area/services provided, surrounded by a large school on all sides, which is host to a very loud, busy Sunday outdoor market.

Broker was quick to mention that there are several offers above asking, get final offers in by Monday 3pm.
