who would want to spend all that money for a home in an area that has one of the highest asma rates in newyork and the countrie, not to mention the 17 million gallon oil spill creeping into the basements in greenpoint and williamsburg, and the heavily polluting industries that left there marks in the soil. where are they going to build the NYU dorms on some toxic lot? GOOGLE it TOXIC BROOKLYN, it's mind boggling...

IM not, and i lived in williamsburg for three years on Havemeyer Street, and i have alot good memories there, I think it's sin that people would spend so much money to buy a condo in that area, that was a i gigantic sest pool..i THINK it's a scam....
