I'm personally a shareholder in the building (living full time) and I adore it. To answer the above questions, W/D are not allowed in units, dishwashers yes. The policy for parking is that they are owner owned and there is a waitlist for purchase. Hope that helps, any other questions let me know. Thanks!

There is someone selling a parking space now but you have to live in the building to get it. It is 65k plus about $260 a month maintenance.
