I am the broker on an apartment in contract there, and the owners I have talked to have indicated the "usual" level of building attention to renovations -- you're going to need approval, you're not going to get wet-over-dry, you have to work with the building super on the hours that your crew can renovate -- but that within that framework, the building isn't hyper the way some buildings can be.

I renovated an apartment in that building, it was a while ago but it was a pretty easy building to work in. My client did not have any problems getting hers approved and it was a complete gut of a two bedroom apartment, including knocking down walls.

If they use the same engineer you should be fine

I was posting perfectly nice comments and I was the only person willing to post on there, as those comments appeared with the real name of the person posting. I saw the number of other comments listed but could not find those comments. I only saw my comments posted.

Instead of answering that question, they were so petty as to stop posting my comments in that blog section.
Just because I asked them that question.

I wondered if I was being trolled on the blog as I get trolled on the discussion boards.

As you can see, the two biggest trolls stopped by above to troll me.

As if they are beloved by all.

Anyway, se could have responded, just to inform me that those other comments listed were deleted.
I was just wondering why I couldn't find those comments.
But noooo, they got their knickers in a bunch and stopped posting my comments as punishment for asking the question.

I don't read the blog anymore and it has probably gone back to having no comments at all.
What if they had a blog comment section and nobody came?
