mmm... what am i missing here? the location is not great. Is this what BH goes for these days?

I think that the location is great. Borders DUMBO, Bklyn Bridge Park, easy subway access and best restaurants in BH. Plus, the finishes look like they will be really nice. You get a parking space with the apartment. In BH that is worth over 100K.

Anybody have any thoughts on this building? It appears to be going up rather quickly. Looks like it could be occupied in the fall.

Does anyone have any info on the developer? Who is it and how are they? With so many shoddy new development condos, careful vetting is important.
