I am a Columbia student and I rented an apartment in this building for two years. Great location for students and young professionals! Our favorite place was Smoke Jazz Club on Broadway. If you like jogging, the Central Park is only few blocks away. All apartments are spacious and good for share. We had 4 people living in (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). This is a great pick.
