If you have 2 other bathrooms does a powder room have to be Ada compliant? How small can a powder room be?

If the room existed before ADA was mandatory, then no, it does not have to be compliant. If you are creating new space, or altering the position of fixtures, then yes, I believe it does have to be ADA compliant.

The dentists are so meddlesome. You'd think that as long as the sink was ok then the bathroom would be ADA compliant, but no, they worry about the doorway and the toilet.

Funny people! It will be a new bathroom, we already have 2 that are being redone in the current location.
