Does anyone have any info on this building and neighborhood? The neighborhood seems a bit dicey as you go west over Columbus and Amsterdam. Thanks to anyone who can shed some light!

Huge public housing project between 100th Street and 104th, from Amsterdam almost up to CPW.

The layouts are really nice since this is an Emory Roth building comparable to 201 W 89th St. The area has improved with the new construction at 455 CPW on W. 105th St. plus the new buildings on Columbus Ave. between 97th and 100th Sts. ( in front of the Vaux/Olmstead condos on CPW). 201 W 89 St. has housing projects near it, but the concentration is much lower than near 444 CPW.

The architects were Boak & Paris, not Emery Roth.

One of the sales advertised it as an Emory Roth building.

I saw the other ad saying Boak and Paris.
