Discussion about
The Cul-De-Sac at 43rd Street makes Tudor City, otherwise nice area, look like the slum it was built to replace. Be on a high floor for the view or avoid The Manor, 45 Tudor and 5 Tudor.

I used to live in Tudor city and loved the area. However, I must agree with OP. The deli has all its garbage bins there and it is just disgusting. I don't know why the adjacent buildings don't do something about it
