Discussion about 175 East 62nd Street #5B
Anyone have any color on this building and the board? This is a Jr. 4 in a landlease building that is priced 100k above comparable 150 East 61st St.

What I don't understand is that a unit just two floors lower (3B) in the exact same line - with a nicer kitchen/finish - sold just six months ago for $630,000. I have no idea how they are justifying the current ask of $720,000 for this 5B unit (land lease aside)....

11B sold for 645k, also a better renovation! 5B was bought for 600k less than two yrs ago, only modest renovations were done ... pretty ambitious flip, buyer pays 3% flip tax, built into the price!!
