Discussion about Sterling Plaza at 255 East 49th Street in Turtle Bay
Any thoughts on this building? Several apartments in the recent past at the low end of cost per sq ft. Anything wrong that owners are running away?

No nothing wrong. Building was built in 1984 and many of the apts need renovations. That's about it. It's a great bldg.
