Cover for convector

I have a convector in my apartment through which hot water (during winter) and cold water (during summer) flow. The convector looks kinda old and is an eyesore. Can I get a cover for the convector to make it look less of an eyesore? If so, where can I buy one? I guess they must be kinda common, yes? Thanks. Bob
