Discussion about The Paris New York at 752 West End Avenue in Upper West Side
Personally, call me old fashioned, I haven't traditionally viewed this are as so great or as the so-called heart of the Upper West Side. Seems to be selling even though it is a conversion.

There is some type of New York City homeless shelter or half-way house a few doors down on 97th toward Riverside complete with fluorescent bulbs and "No Loitering" signs. Is the area safe at night?
