building at 25 West 64th Street

hello, I realize this discussion is hold but here are my 2 cents. This is a great building. I used to live there and loved it. It is quiet and kept very well, at the same time, when you step out, the location is unbeatable. I used to walk every where and the neighborhood is safe at all hours. I had a studio and I loved the separate eat-in kitchen with the window. Some times my boyfriend would stay overnight. He likes to sleep in while I am an early person and that was just fine, he could sleep and I could get up and move around, make coffee, work, watch TV without disturb him. His studio was bigger but when we were there it was always a problem to do things without getting in each other way. I only moved because we had a kid and needed a bigger place. I still miss it though. I hope this helps.
