http://streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/33622-sale-at-10-west-66th-street-31d shady corcoran, are you upset that pple on this site know they cant trust your measurements? or is iy ok to add 30% of square footage. i think when the next ownner sellsm they should list it @ 3200 sf! why not? apparently lying works....kudos all around
