Commercial property FSBO sites?

Have a client who wants to list a commercial property as a FSBO on sites other than costar or loop net.. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA.

Is this like "I have 'friend'"?

What is wrong with those? I have sold Manhattan multi family buildings there myself before. It can also be listed here on SE. Is he/she a broker?

Hi Mav,

No, it's a photography client who I just did a shoot for. 100% commercial. Didn't know SE has a commercial section. Is that the "other" category under sales?

If there is an address, you can list it as a commercial unit or a house.

Hauseit.com ... not sure if they do commercial but I've worked with them on the residential side and was extremely pleased.

Would be curious to know too - do those sites you mentioned allow non agents to post (loopnet / costar)? It's not free right?

StreetEasy I'm not certain but I don't think they allow commercial listings...
