Discussion about Anagram NoMad at 10 East 29th Street in NoMad

I have enjoyed being a tenant here for 3 years, when suddenly we are all receiving eviction notices. The previous owner, Rose Assoc, was great. However, they sold the building to Adellco mgt. end of last year. What a nightmare since then. Does anyone know what's going on with this building or are there public records to find out. I suspect it's going condo? Thanks

I've lived here for 2 years and loved Rose Associates. Adellco is awful, no communication and poor management. I have also heard the same rumors of this building going condo. Either way, I don't think I'd want to keep living here under Adellco anyway.

we lived there for 1 year, bad management, they will renovate floor by floor for the next year(s) staff is because of the BAD management not motivated and not great, water shutdown two day on the row, sometimes wait forever for a elevator because they are occupied by construction guys ..... be careful renting there before everything is done !!
