NWT can give you the specifics on this building.

This building has a "sign-in" log, located at the doorman desk; not only for contractors (which would be reasonable for security),
but also for residents and their visitors/guests:
"Date: day, time-in, time out with required signatures for each person visiting,friends/family staying."

Looks like a full 2 bedroom to me, with about 1100 sqft. if the dimensions on the floor plan are correct.

That's izzyb's FSBO: http://streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/34229-fsbo-

Original plans are at http://nyre.cul.columbia.edu/projects/view/16595#images

The building's setbacks start on the floor above, so this floor's ceilings are higher to accommodate the changes in plumbing and vent risers. That also accounts for that beam at the window end of the LR and the soffit in the foyer.

It's 1073 ft² per the 1985 condo declaration and the city's records. That calculation is from the inside faces of the walls, not the outside or midpoint as is usual today. You should therefore add maybe 100 ft² to this one when comparing to a newer condo.
