We are looking for a real estate agent that knows the neighborhood and cares about his/her clients, as well as the community and preservation of these beautiful townhouses. We've had terrible luck finding an agent that will work for us because the market is so hot and they are more interested in quick turnover and gut renovations. It's hard to find someone that will actively look for us and we are cash buyers!
