Discussion about 505 W. 54th Street #Q
How does this apt. building charge as much as they do? I read reviews here prior to my tour of the property last week. It wouldn't have made any difference. This building is crap. I don't think you will be tempted to jump at signing a lease here but just in case you are I say don't. We signed two blocks away for less money and incomparable features. This isn't a luxury building or a modern building. Its a cheap building.
