Discussion about The Newbury at 250 East 87th Street in Yorkville
How bad is the 2nd Avenue Subway construction noise in this building? Anyone know when it is supposed to end in this area?

It has about 2-3 more years before the construction is done. There is noise during the weekdays.

There has not been construction noise for about a year ( since July, 2013) when the excavation work was completed. As a shareholder (and broker here) who works from home with apartment facing second avenue, I have been living in peace since then.
