Yes, in fact, it is a unique pre-war brewery converted into condominium loft residences, centrally located in the Gramercy neighborhood.

The owner bought this pre-eataly for 1 mill. Since then its value has increased 60 percent.

Eataly, I'm telling you, it's magic. If we put an Eataly in the South Bronx, we are talking 15%+ at least.

In contract on 5/7/2013. Price not confirmed; but I would bet the bank that it was above asking if in contract so quickly
