Discussion about Liberty Green at 300 North End Avenue in Battery Park City
Anyone have any overall comments on the building??? I am extremely curious.

A little late, but I think it's a very well run building. (the fact that no one on here is complaining about it would lend you to believe most people are fairly content living here).

Doorman and staff are nice and helpful. Building gym and rooftop (although it's small) are very nice. Management is responsive. Excellent apartment finishes you normally don't see in rentals (since it was originally condos). It's more expensive than buildings across the street, but you get what you pay for.
