Estd Cost of complete bedroom, kitchen renovations

H, I am looking to buy an apartment that needs some major renovations and would like some insights on how much it cost to renovate the following : 1) 2 bedrooms ( 5ft by 11ft) - marble flooring and walls with good quality branded fixtures . One with a shower and the other a bath 2) Kitchen (7ft by 14ft) Renovating a closed kitchen into an open kitchen with an open counter by tearing down the wall. White cabinets with marbie/granite tops. Cost of quality appliances ie refrigeratior, dishwasher, burners, hobs ( any recommendations) 3) Reflooring - Changing old parquest with new light coloured wood Thank you - any reccomendatiions for contractors would be helpful
