Worst apartment I've seen. Located Directly next to the Manhattan Bridge. Upon arrival we waited outside for the realtor. A kid around 11 or so shows up to the door . He doesn't have a key, however no problem in 2 seconds he jimmies the door open with a card. Great security! After climbing the 5 flights of broken stairs, I arrived at the apt. It sounded like the the D train coming through. The windows shook. The realtor should be embarrassed to show this place!

Jim, everyone has to start somewhere. Before you got to be a rental broker, you started out by being the unwanted product of your unknown father and, well, what can we say about your mother hat hasn't already been said?
