Studio Gut Renovation

Hi there http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/874767-condo-40-sutton-place-sutton-place-new-york I am looking for some help estimating a gut/semi-gut? rehab on this space. From what i imagine gut the kitchen and bathroom totally new moldings new doors for closets new paint I would like in the studio for 2-3 years at most and then use it as an investment. Any help is appreciated.

My rough estimates, scaled down from a larger (more sq. ft) project, with similar scope project, using midrange fixtures from the major brands (kohler, Grohe, Kitchenaid, Bosch, HD cabinets). (I'm not a contractor, but have paid for several renovations over the years).
Kitchen: 18,000
Bath: 8,000
Moldings: 6-8.000
Doors: 2,000.
Skim coat & Paint: 4,000.

i would flip the kitchen and the bath. there is enough space to put 2-3 cabinets in the kitchen..

We are starting a project at 36 Sutton which is very similar to yours but a one bedroom. I think Aaron2's prices are way off on the low side

A gut bathroom in Manhattan will cost you at least 20k but probably more.
