Cobble Hill Towers

i lived 1/2 block away from BQE on union. after 6 months, the windows sills looked dark gray though they were rarely open. everytime a truck passed by, the brownstone did a shimmy shake like you wouldn't believe.

on the other hand, you can get nice views when facing bqe and have plenty of uninterupted light. the location is fantastic as well.

Thanks AB ... agreed the location is fantastic, just a few blocks to the heart of Cobble Hill, but these ones literally overlook the BQE. Just not sure whether the units can be scooped up cheap enough to be able to sell at a price that will attract buyers post-renovation ....
