Am looking for a rough indication (labor and materials) for renovation of the following 1BR in Brooklyn. This will be an investment / rental unit so finishes should be towards the low-average end. I've been pricing $150/SqFt but is this too rich? - 492 SqFt total - Kitchen / Living Room = 13'8 x 13' - Bedroom = 11' x 13' - Bathroom = 6' x 4' Work required: - Replace bathroom - Replace kitchen - All walls skimmed and repainted - Existing floorboards sanded and treated - New soundproof window (approx 4' x 6') - Recessed spotlights throughout Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
