Does this seem overpriced to anyone else for a walk-up?

Hats off to them for buying in April 2009, when the end of the world seemed nigh. Still, a 50% markup over their acquisition price seems aggressive, since they don't appear to have done significant work on the place.

And the funniest part is they may actual get over 1 million some people actually like walkups better as its more private.
