I for one think its a great step in the right direction, to help, formally, a small part of the cronyism and negligence that is pervasive among many agents. This doesn't solve all problems, but at least some things are being addressed in a formal way. A good start. This, along with the new legislation in the works which would require co-op boards to be more transparent (those in the know are aware of what I'm talking about), all helps the consumer. As such, more deals getting done. And hopefully, better for the economy ultimately. [less]
