I guess Nomad is a real neighborhood now? (separate from Flatiron). Nice write-up of the area though... Have asked this question before - Has anyone looked at purchasing at 241 5th, and thoughts about it? Saw the units. Loved the building and location. The bathroom fixtures might not be for everyone (I think someone made a comment on it from a previous thread) but I personally liked it a lot. They are all from zucchetti faraway collection which are very highend and pricey for those who are familiar. Also saw Huys and 160 east 22nd but thought 241 has a better location and value. 241 has well thoughtout floorplans with no wasted space. 10 msw will be similiar location (if not better) but will be 2500-3000psf.

Greensdale - yes its all because of Eataly.
