I am looking for some feedback from current/former residents of this bldg? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I too am looking for feedback from current or former residents. What have your experiences been…. Hey Ronan Farrow, son of Mia Farrow and (perhaps) Frank Sinatra, just moved here and he's a VERY smart dude, so there has to be something great about this building. I know that the location isn't too great, but maybe in 5 years all that could change?
