Wow the sugar hill townhouse went for $1.27 million....plus it will probably need $1million in renovation!!!

Crazy valuations. Any idea how much the place on 119th sold for? That was a cherry.

It says $4.7 million. THese don;t seem like good deals for places that need gut renovation.
