Discussion about
All materials held constant, whats the additional cost to change the layout of the floorboards vs straight/traditional to herringbone? If non-linear, whats the pickup from 1k sqft to 2k sqft?

For my 230 sqft living room, estimate for herringbone was about 38% higher compared to slab with same material. Curious to know what the difference was for others.
