Discussion about
Hi My contractor is in the process of submitting paperwork to the co-op architect. He is awaiting the plumber's quote and said the cost for submitting license info for the electrician is $700. Is this reasonable for just submitting the license? What is the ballpark number that an electrician and plumber be charging? Thanks!

Does that include insurance specific to the job?

Copies of their existing licensing and insurance documentation shouldn't cost you anything -- even the cost of adding you and the coop as Additional Insured for the project (onto existing coverage) should be built into their overhead.
