Discussion about
As purchaser, can you start the approval process for a combo after contracts are signed but before closing? How long does this process take with an expediter? Thanks

Shans44,

You will not be able to submit anything to the building dept until after you close. In theory you dont really own it until the closing. Once that happens you need to submit all paperwork to the management co which then goes through a process and then you can submit. At least thats what I know from my experience.

You should be able to at least get all your paperwork ready to give the management co the day of the closing, that will help
