Washer dryer in unit, amazingly large closets and bathroom, and the kitchen has all the bells and whistles in a compact space without feeling compact. It is one of the nicest Penthouse layouts in the 1 Rector Place building.

How could a one room apartment have one of the nicest penthouse layouts? That makes absolutely no sense.

I wish every broker told the message boards about each of their listings. It would make things so much more efficient. Unfortunately, only the worst brokers in NY are doing it. It seems others just can't get excited enough about being engaged to rent a POS studio.
