Weiner should make a campaign promise pledging that he'll satisfy his sexting compulsions by sending them to Quinn, on whom they'd have absolutely no effect.
No harm done, with the added bonus of Quinn seeing something new & different (but not obviously not exciting).

Weiner either believes he's the 2nd coming of Mark Sanford or he just wants to blow the $4,000,000 he raised before last year's sexting scandal broke. If he's elected the joke is on us for voting for him. It's not the sexting but lying to the media and to his constituents for a week after the incident broke. Cuomo should have some guts and just speak his mind.

Unless you're joking - you've GOT to be kidding (or want to stir the controversy pot even more.) OK then:
Yes, Spitzer - the preachy, holier than thou moral crusader-cum*-john, having the sheer gall to speak out against The Sexting Weiner.
Great comedy/satire skit potential, though - even better than the one about Bloomie Babes' secret addiction to cigarettes, sugary drinks & his hidden, rather full-figured androgynous partner, who he lovingly refers to as "Transfats". Gotta love it!

"Get a little wiggle with your Weiner"! ... Awesome sauce!!!
It'll become a better-remembered campaign slogan that "I like Ike".
I still cant believe this is the best NYC has to offer.
Sadly, though our current mayor was great for 2 terms, has turned into a tyrant. 2 terms is a great rule.
And we should change the terms for president. ONE 6 year term. Enough time to put a platform through and eliminate the wasted 2 years re-election campaigning and manuevering.

Mayoral hopeful Anthony Weiner was playfully heckled while marching in yesterday’s Brooklyn Pride Parade — and it wasn’t for his orange chinos.
“Send me a text!” some in the Park Slope crowd yelled.
“Show us your wiener!” yelled others, while some just obnoxiously roared, “WEINERRRRRR!”
The former congressman kept smiling and waving a gay-pride rainbow flag — eliciting more positive messages, such as “Good luck! We need you!”
He stopped dozens of times along the parade route to pose for photos with young and old supporters.
Mayoral candidates Christine Quinn, Bill de Blasio, Bill Thompson and John Liu also marched.
Earlier in the day, Weiner ratcheted up his criticism of stop-and-frisk at an Al Sharpton-hosted forum — but stopped short of saying he would do away with the controversial policing tool.

What does Brooklyn have to be proud about? It lost its independence over a hundred years ago when it was acquired by New York.

Yes, and thereafter Williamsburgh was officially called Brooklyn's "Eastern District", being as it was all the way west. Sweathog logic. Go figure.

Aboutready, do you see the Sweathogs in Williamsburg?
Funny that his aides couldn't dispute all the "ineffectual, impatient and publicity-hungry" anecdotes, leaving them only with the big "I coined the term Obamacare" claim.

NYTimes: Weiner’s Record in House: Intensity, Publicity and Limited Results
To admirers, Anthony D. Weiner in Congress was a tireless worker on many issues; to detractors, he was ineffectual, impatient and publicity-hungry.
