Does anyone know where I can download on the web a proforma residential condo lease for NYC purposes for renting. Preferably in a MS Word format.

That will cost you $9 for the 101, which is the form we NYC agents typically use.

It's a PDF, though. Sorry I don't know how to get it as a Word doc.
