Discussion about
Hi All - I am thinking of putting an offer on an apartment in Brooklyn. When I look it up on propertyshark, it states that the building is "over developed". I guess that means that usable area is more than the allowable area. Does this have any implications on the building? It seems the three neighboring buildings are also "over developed" which I guess is good news since that means they can't go higher. There is one building which has 500 sqft of airspace but my guess is that is not too significant. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
