I went and visited this apartment. The 800 sq ft size is an exaggeration. The hallways smell like piss. The bathrooms are VERY old and crappy. The apartment is HOT with poor insulation for an AC unit. The water was not working when my bf and I got there (ice cold water, nothing hot). The appliances moved in left all kinds of scrapes on the floor. I caught the tenant on the first floor who said she pays over $500 less for her unit. Apparently the previous tenant had his/her rent raised by $400+ in a single year. So smelly, stuff doesn't work, and the management company was willing to raise the rent on their previous tenant by $500 in a single year. You'd be crazy to rent this place. For the same price you can get a sick new construction 1 bedroom down the street. That's what I'm doing. [less]
